35th  annual Grand Dominican Day parade of the Bronx, New York city elected officials were there

The 35th annual grand Dominican day parade of the Bronx took place on July 28, 2024, in the Bronx with the presence of some New York elected officials including the mayor parading along the Grand Concourse.

“The 35th Annual Grand Dominican Day Parade in the Bronx is a vibrant celebration of Dominican culture and heritage. It takes place along the Grand Concourse, spanning from 167th Street to 176th Street. The parade features lively music, colorful costumes, and enthusiastic participants,” organizers said.

Participants were packed along the Grand Concourse from 176th Street where the parade started, to 167th Street the end of the parade. 

New York city mayor Eric Adams, U.S senator Chuck Schumer, Bronx borough president Vanessa L. Gibson, were there marching and mingling with the crowd.
