The African Journal is an independent and a  bilingual newspaper (English and French ), which covers general information and focuses on African Diaspora in the United States of America and African – Americans as well.  Its headquarter is in New York.

Our Mission Statement is : “The freedom to tell our stories, the African diaspora  and African Americans’ stories, to educate our people in America, and in the rest of the world as a community newspaper, and  to support in Africa our young democracies.”
